It feels good to be fit and when you maintain your own fitness it often motivates other to begin a healthier and active lifestyle. Subsequently by competing at the highest level I hope that it motivates others and that they realise how much time has gone into maintaining a high level of fitness and that there is always more to somebody on the inside.
